Re: Michael Jackson's Alleged Comeback

I like to maintain that we owe MJ a few little boys, for all the wonderful things he's given the world. What's the worth of a few spoiled little white brats when stacked up against Thriller, or Smooth Criminal or even Billie Jean?I submit we should offer those children to him as a sacrifice.

They give him power.

LOL hard. Nice.

On your hands, some are fine, some are running shitty, some are not so fine. Also, not exactly what your roll was at before, but you don't have the scratch to play $50nl, so don't chase fish up there (I see retards playing $400nl all the time and I restrain myself).

Also, you're overvaluing a lot of your hands and playing them for 100bb effective stacks a lot of the time. I'll get you some feedback on the specific hands later.

Agree 100% with Mark on both points. If your roll is such that you should be playing 10nl, stay there, don't go chasing. Either scatch up some dough to deposit and play 25nl with an appropriate roll (and by all means, I would highly advocate doing this on Absolute Poker) or stick to what you can afford (from a poker bankroll perspective, as I know you are a ballah and can afford higher limits). If you are simply going to buy in $x more if you go busto, add it now and go from there.

As for your hands, I won't get into specific detail right now on individual hands, but I think you are falling into the trap of viewing your bets in $dollar$ terms and not relative to stacks. For instance, if the pot is $7 by the turn at $10nl, this is a significant pot -- you shouldn't be building pots this big with top pair + mediocre kicker. A pot size bet on the river here means you are playing for stacks (100BB effective), and would you be willing to do this with a marginal holding in a $200nl game where the same river bet would be $140? Don't know if the psychological aspect of "this is only $7" is effecting you or not, but it seems to be. Hope this helps.
