It's Been a Long Time, I Shouldn't Have Left You...
without a strong rhyme to step tothink of how many weak shows ya slept throughtimes upsorry I kept youthinking of THIS ya keep

Not exactly stellar. I got on track at $10NL, and was successfully 2-tabling for awhile, but was frustrated with the lack of action, and boring poker. Ended up taking some shots at $25NL, where I tend to be more successful. Possibly my winrate is exactly the same, but the Net Amount gets inflated due to higher levels of play. I DO think my traps/bluffs pay off more, as people understand what I'm representing.
Still not sure if I should be playing more SnGs to avoid getting crunched by the rake at $10NL? One tabling $25NL? Two-tabling $10NL? The easy answer is that I have NOT TRULY LEARNED HOW TO BE TIGHT AND AGGRESSIVE. Malfaire pointed that out this weekend when he highlighted (highlit?) my aggro factor, and pointed out that it should be >3.
Knee-jerk response: it doesn't matter what my aggression factor is at $10NL. Really. People are going to call me down with shit. And bluff with shit. Constantly. It keeps happening. I am paying off lots of people with draws lately. Mostly, I deny them odds to draw, they call anyway, and I decide you can't be drawing, so my TPTK / set / twopair is good!! DAMMIT!!
This is the trap of single tabling -- the frustration that ignites in these circumstances, when you're disciplining yourself to play 'good poker', and others are not and getting rewarded for it. Remind me to keep two-tabling, and to pick up some cheese to go with my w(h)ine. End.
Want to see some hands? I KNEW YOU WOULD!! YAY! Too bad I have to post the text now, as work has blocked all sites with 'poker' in the title. OMG, I'm posting from work right now? Yes. It's 6.30, I'm making up hours, and this Blog needs to be updated so I'm accountable. And I finished my work for the day, anyway.

Flop (board: 7d 8d Jh): (Plan For the Hand [p4h]: i'm pretty sure I have the best hand. 3 hands beat me. I don't see two pair being dangerous on this board, and my overpair is pretty well disguised (no RR). This is a damn-draw heavy board, so I'd rather take it down ASAP)
pokerpimp148 checks. parrottlover bets $3.80. (pot-sized) whatyagonnado raises to $7.60. pokerpimp148 folds.parrottlover goes all-in for $47.41 (horrible line. I like a re-raise in this spot to $20. I have about 52 more hands to post. lol. this will be edited later, I have to lift heavy things up and down now.
Hand2: LMFAO, that's awesome. Min-raises like that are usually super strong hands (AA, KK, QQ, AK, etc). I don't think think the call preflop is as bad as you make it out to be, but the flop play......not so good.
Hand3: You should be raising big here, but not this big. $6 works; many cards that come wreck your hand.
Hand4: It's called the Donkbet. Raise it up. Usually it's designed to see a showdown cheaply. Good players will use it to induce people to raise sometimes. Sometimes people use it as a blocker bet with draws and such.
